Tec is the character who embodies Tecnimprensa, the company and the team, and was created with the purpose of humanizing the company\u2019s corporate communication.<\/p>

<\/p>

The brainstorming process went through several steps, from the original idea to the final drawing.<\/p>

<\/p>

The first step was to define the gender. This was easy, considering that Tec is a short name for Tecnimprensa, which is feminine name, and the character represents the \u2018company\u2019, which in Portuguese language is also a feminine name.<\/p>

<\/p>

The image should be joyful and positive, but still reflect the company values and the characteristics we seek in our people: professionalism, dynamism, and credibility. This meant the character couldn\u2019t be too juvenile, but mature.<\/p>

<\/p>

The colours of the suit are the company colours: blue Pantone 294 C and green Pantone 347 C.<\/p>

<\/p>

The superhero suit refers to the ability to execute and perform that characterizes the Tecnimprensa team on the field. The hair fluttering with the wind reflects dynamism and movement, and the body language denotes confidence, attitude to get the things done, and state of readiness to meet the customer needs.<\/p>

<\/p>

The Tecnimprensa logo stamped in the suit completes the image.<\/p>
